Manjula helps families navigate the intersection of their life and complex financial planning issues, helping them achieve their family, business, and life goals.
Manjula began her career in the late eighties in the Commercial Banking sector. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from the University of Houston. Manjula was then a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management advising executive and business owner families. Subsequently, she transitioned to the Merrill Lynch Trust Company in the capacity of a Trust Officer, working with ultra-high net worth clients in Utah, Colorado, Texas, and Washington State. During her tenure as a Trust Officer, Manjula obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. In 2014 Manjula received an MSc in Finance and Investment Management with Distinction from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
Manjula is a member of the Financial Planning Association® and the Houston Business & Estate Planning Council. In 2018 Manjula was elected to the Board of Directors of The Mission of Yahweh, a homeless shelter serving women and children since 1961. She is a member of the Programs Sub Committee and was instrumental in launching a 6-week course for the resident women titled “Journey to Job Readiness”, Manjula is also a YourLife Financial Coach at The Women’s Resource of Greater Houston and a Patroness of the National Charity League, “Bright Star” Chapter.
Manjula lives in Houston, with her husband Simon, daughter Morgan, Son Eliot, and family kitten Boba Tea. She is a voracious reader, enjoys discovering new destinations with her family, cycling, hiking, skiing, and Les Mills Body Combat.
